Print & Digital Guidelines

Marketing materials such as brochures, info cards, banners, and videos are a great way to build awareness for your site both at your church and in the community. You have the option of creating pieces yourself, or SEU has the resources to create pieces for you. If you would like your team to design pieces for your site, please refer to the guidelines below.

Print & Digital Process

  1. Before designing pieces, make sure you review the guidelines (below) to have a clear understanding of the content that can be included on your site. If you are still unsure about what can be included in your pieces, it is encouraged to send written copy to SEU Marketing to proof before designing pieces. If are creating a video about SEU’s programs at your site, please send the written script for approval before creating the video.
  2. After designing your pieces, submit proofs through the Marketing Material Request for Approval Form. Please submit this request for review 4-5 days before print/distribution.
  3. SEU marketing will review pieces and send any necessary edits within 2-3 days.
  4. Make any changes requested before receiving official approval to distribute.
  5. Once approved, the pieces may be sent to print/distributed.
